Popular Italian Gestures
Are you a non-Italian actor portraying an Italian? Maybe these graphics by some guy named Alfredo Cassano could help. You can order shirts with those same graphics, too. Bellissimo!

Technology is Social
Check this "Google Map Maker" out. Apparently it's Google Maps / Google Earth users from around the world contributing information to update Google Maps and Google Earth - in almost real time! Discover new places around the world, while you're at it. Also, notice the time zones of the currently being updated maps.
Get ready for Lorks
Just as when radio aficionados hated the TV when it came out, the buy-CDs-only music industry hated and still hate online music downloads or streaming, acoustic instrumentalists hated electric guitars and rock, the traditional musicians of old will hate these "Laptop Orchestras" or Lorks as well. Read about them at ArsTechnica.

It's half a year away from Valentine's, sure. Watch these videos now, anyway:

Beat the Boot
This online game from Google, Beat the Boot, is so cool. "A Chromebook boots in 8 seconds. How much can you finish during that time?" And so you try your hand at 5 different games, with 8 second time limits for each game. Warning: This might work on the Google Chrome Browser only. Warning: The music is so cool as well!!!
Get apps for your browser!
Visit the Conduit App Marketplace for a collection of links to, errrr... I meant web apps like games, productivity suites, social networking, utilities, and more that you can access from your browser. Is this for people who can't just type www.facebook.com and want to click on an icon instead? Maybe it is! Or maybe not. :D In fairness, there are true web apps out there; i.e. made for the web, and even for the mobile web. Conduit works for all major browsers. If you're on Chrome, of course you already know about the Chrome Web Store. Don't forget to search for Angry Birds and be "in." :D
