Stranger in a strange land

Just in case you didn't know, that's a song by Leon Russell. I think I first heard about it from the House TV series.

Anyways, I've probably experienced this, too, while being in non-English speaking countries. Here, it's the other way around. The actress is Nanako Matsushima (松嶋菜々子). This is a Nintendo DS commercial, by the way.
