Play "Cut the Rope" on the Web

Just click this link: Cut the Rope. So far, only 18 very easy (i.e. made-for-desktops) levels though. More to come in the future. Also, it's meant to be for IE 10, but hey the site works on Chrome (and probably Safari), too. :D

One thing lead to another

All videos posted earlier today - I discovered them after visiting this website, "Holy Kaw! - All the topics that interest us". That site has a ton of cool stuff.

Oh, and while as an Apple fan I already know who Guy Kawasaki is, I discovered "Holy Kaw!" through 2012socialmediaresolutions.com. Sorry for the spam, but this is a good kind of spam, without any pork or sodium or trash material; you can actually win an Amazon Kindle Fire just by tweeting.

If you don't yet know how amazing a Kindle Fire is at the wonderful, affordable price tag of $199, you'll find it even more amazing as a freebie by joining that very simple online contest. Or, you can just buy one now for as low as $199.

What are your Social Media Resolutions for 2012?

Share yours now for a chance to win a Kindle Fire! All for the cost of one tweet (i.e. free). But the more you tweet, the more chances of winning! What are you waiting for!?

Adele's Rolling In The Deep covers from around the world by "Zapatou"

This is cool.

The Force?

This one just seems a little bit different. Must be the car.

Cool Volkswagen Commercial/Teaser

Remember "The Force"? This one's called "The Bark Side."

A cool Stop-SOPA webpage

Check out this link: STOP SOPA! The webpage requires the latest browsers though (i.e. Internet Explorer 6 will not work).

When you visit Google.com today, there is a link there that says, "Tell Congress: Please don't censor the web!" Read more and take action, by clicking that link NOW (https://www.google.com/landing/takeaction/).

Fight Internet Censorship

Strike Against SOPA & PIPA, which are draft legislations that the US Senate & Congress, respectively, are going to pass soon. Both will affect all of us all over the world connected on the internet. Even if you're not in the US, you can join the protest, too, by petitioning the US State Department. Sorry but it's not just a first world problem; only those people who can't read this probably couldn't care less.

KnowYourMeme.com

A meme is, according to Merriam-Webster:
an idea, behavior, style, or usage that spreads from person to person within a culture.
Here is a database of internet memes - a ton of cool stuff - from KnowYourMeme.com. Like, have you seen US President Barrack Obama sing and dance to Lady Gaga's Born This Way?

25 Everyday Things You Never Knew Had Names

I'd rather call it 25 Words You Don't Need to Know.

25 Things That Are More Fun In The Philippines

The Department of Tourism has spurred a brand new ad campaign for Philippine tourism with its new "It's More Fun in the Philippines" tagline, and people have taken to Twitter with the #itsmorefuninthephilippines hashtag and photos to re-imagine what are more fun in the Philippines. Like check this out: 25 Things That Are More Fun In The Philippines. Neil Gaiman attests to #itsmorefuninthephilippines, he says, because "they applaud loudly and hug you a lot." Jos Ortega says, "In the new Philippine tourism campaign, the Filipinos are the brand." Check out Tourism secretary Mon Jimenez's Twitter feed.

This looks family

The HP Envy 15 (late 2011), as reviewed at The Verge, is a great Windows laptop but... Doesn't it look family? Check out the very last photo in the article. Actually, I learned of this article from the "Inspired" by Apple blog. FYI, the Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus (in the US) is known as the Samsung Galaxy Y in other countries.

LEGO® Star Wars™ Holiday Special: "Not So Silent Night"

I saw this just now, nearly 2 months since it was published. LEGO® Star Wars™ Holiday Special: "Not So Silent Night" - YouTube. I've said it before and I'll say it again. I LEGO. Oh, and Star Wars, too. But honestly, I think Santa Yoda just doesn't sound right. Anyway, while you're at it, why not watch all the other stop-motion animations from LEGO at LEGO Club TV's YouTube Channel.

Mobile Year in Review 2011

Let's just throw it into the mix. Watch Mobile Year in Review 2011 - YouTube.

Yahoo! 2011 Year In Review Video: Inspiring Moments of 2011

Click this link to watch the video: Yahoo! 2011 Year In Review - Video: Inspiring Moments of 2011. The video itself does not inspire as much as the actual events, but hey, thanks for the effort, Yahoo!. If you let the video play, the next video automatically plays, "Farewell to those we lost in 2011." And so on. Well, at least we have these to hold on to, to remember 2011.

Anyway, on the third video about the most astounding moments of 2011, there are a couple of interesting features there, at least to me. One is a real UP house, as in a house being lifted up by hundreds of balloons. Then there's the largest crocodile captured in my home country. Sweet pride.
