October 14 is for Steve
October 14 is the initial global launch of Apple's latest product, the iPhone 4S. I always thought, "4S" must have meant "4 Steve."
Anyway, some big fans of Steve Jobs proposed (even before the big, sad news) that October 14 should become a day for Steve, i.e. Steve Jobs Day. They are encouraging fans of Steve Jobs to wear at least a black mock turtleneck shirt and post their photos on FB or Twitter (e.g. as profile pics) and take part in discussions online as well. I really hope I can find a black mock turtleneck shirt before October 14. But since I don't have billions in the bank like him, I probably will not settle for a St. Croix.
So long, Steve. Rest in peace.

Krump 360
Watch first the Behind the Scenes video on the 360 Project. “The 360 Project is an exploration into the crossroads of photography and motion pictures. It is a study of peak dance movements, captured simultaneously by 48 cameras aligned in a circle.” Then watch their two finished products: Krump 360, and Ballet 360. Thanks to my buddy Saj for the links. Yeah, it's the first time I encountered "Krumping," too. :-D

Time lapse of Ford Explorer built out of Legos
Watch this time lapse video of a Ford Explorer being built out of LEGOs for Legoland Florida, on YouTube. I've said it before and I'll say it again. I ♥ LEGO. Oh, and I ♥ time lapse videos, too. Can't say the same for Ford, though. Except for the Mustang GT500KR used in the new Knight Rider series.
