Yet another year in review for 2011 video

Yahoo! 2011 Year In Review - Video: Inspiring Moments of 2011

Happy 2011

Thank you to all of you who greeted us a Happy New Year last year. 2011 was a happy year indeed. A great one, even.

To remember what mattered on the global stage this 2011, check out Google Zeitgeist. They have a list of the top 10 globally most searched topics of 2011, and from the "Top 10 Lists" tab on the top, you'll also find the top 10s for each country in 6 continents (Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, South America, and Oceania), each list arranged according to a number of categories (e.g. Fastest Rising, Fastest Falling, People, Entertainment, Sports, Music, Consumer Electronics, Food, Drinks, etc.).

And don't forget to check out the video linked on the lower left of the Home tab. Great song selection as well.

We always thought 2010 was a great year, especially for us. While that we still consider true, 2011 is likewise a memorable one. To us, this only goes to show that if we only have true, unwavering faith, each new year only becomes better.

With that, we would like to wish all of you a Happy 2012 filled with much, much more blessings!

It's summer!

In the Souther Hemisphere, that is. Watch this video entitled "Hawaiian Summer" on Vimeo. Not feeling like summer in your part of the world? Watch it still! You will feel the heat in this video. Ermm, no, not that kind of heat. :D

I first saw this guy play live as the opening number for the Crunchies 2010 award show, and wow, talk about talent! This is his official music video for the same song:

But before checking the above video out, it's better to see him perform live!

Read more about him at Wikipedia and at his own website. Oh and go look for his America's Got Talent performance of "Sweet Home Alabama" on YouTube!

Who needs Photo Booth-like effects?

Just gather a bunch of dogs and cats, douse them in water, watch them shake the water off, and then capture the moment with your high shutter speed camera. The result is this photo album called Shake, by Carli Davidson.
