I'm talking about Prometheus, showing on cinemas around the world, June 1st, except in the US and Canada, where it will premiere on June 8th. Why? The thinking, I think, is to prevent/reduce piracy. Let's see the numbers. It's like The Avengers, which premiered internationally on April 11th, and only on May 4th in the US.
Doesn't seem like a kid-friendly sci-fi flick, though, as much as the Star Wars, Star Trek, or The Matrix movies were. Check out the international launch trailer below.
