A documentary about a doctor who found a cure for cancer? #SeriousStuff

Elsewhere, in Italy, scientists were jailed because they "failed" to predict an earthquake. And then there's SOPA, PIPA, the Philippine Anti-Cybercrime Law, and so on. Government might be good at.. governance? But in new science and technology for the people? I am not so sure about that.
