I've previously featured a video where a guy describes how carbs from grains and potatoes are bad for you. I've since gone low-carb and have immediately felt the difference -- lost 5 kgs (11 lbs) in just a month and I'm now at a good weight and it's not dangerously going down further.
You know that propaganda that coconut oil is bad for you? Not true.
And that fish has good omega-3 fats? Not if they're farm-raised. In fact, you can get omega-3 from pork and beef, as long as they're from wild pigs and cows (i.e. not fed feeds).
